Questions about RingCentral and Objectionly

How do I review RingCentral calls with Objectionly?
An admin of your Objectionly workspace connects RingCentral from the Integrations page, signing in with a RingCentral admin account. From then on, each recorded call usually appears in Objectionly within a few minutes of ending, ready to be scored against your own script.
Which RingCentral calls are imported?
Calls that were recorded, connected and lasted at least 10 seconds. Missed calls, voicemails and other calls that never connected are skipped. Your workspace's filters for rep, title and duration apply as usual: by default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped.
Do my reps each need to connect RingCentral?
No. One admin approval covers the whole RingCentral account, so recorded calls from every rep import after that.
How are RingCentral calls matched to my agents?
By the email address of the RingCentral user who handled the call.
Does it import RingCentral calls from before I connected?
No. Only calls recorded after you connect are imported.
Which RingCentral product does it work with?
RingEX, RingCentral's business phone system. RingCentral's contact center product, RingCX, is not covered.
