How to connect Zoom to Objectionly

  1. 1Check your Zoom account: Pro, Business or Enterprise, with cloud recording and audio transcript turned on.
  2. 2In Objectionly, open Integrations, choose Zoom, click "Connect to Zoom" and authorize Objectionly.
  3. 3New meetings recorded to the cloud now sync on their own once Zoom has processed them.
  4. 4To bring in past meetings, click "Import Previous Meetings" and pick the ones you want.

How do I review Zoom calls with Objectionly?
Connect Zoom from the Integrations page in Objectionly and record your meetings to the cloud. New recordings arrive on their own and are scored against your own script.
Which Zoom meetings are imported?
Meetings recorded to the cloud with transcription turned on. Meetings recorded only to a computer are not imported.
Can I import Zoom meetings from before I connected?
Yes. Once connected, Import Previous Meetings lists up to 10 recent cloud recordings from the last six months for each active Zoom user, and you pick the ones to bring in.
Which Zoom plan do I need?
Zoom Pro, Business or Enterprise, with cloud recording and the audio transcript feature turned on.
How are Zoom meetings matched to my agents?
By the email address of the meeting's host.
Is every one of my Zoom meetings scored?
They go through your workspace's import filters first. By default, calls of 3 minutes or less are skipped, and you can choose to import only calls from reps you have added.
